Zappy – Win $1,000 Free Shipping Competition

1. PromoterThe promoter of this competition is Ship Zappy Limited (“Zappy”), New Zealand.
2. EligibilityOpen to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 years or over.Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Zappy are not eligible.Entrants must provide accurate contact details, including a valid email address.
3. How to EnterTo enter, participants must leave a genuine review of Zappy on an eligible public platform such as the Shopify App Store, Facebook, or another Zappy-approved review channel.Google Reviews and Trustpilot reviews do not count toward entry.Each valid review on a different eligible platform equals one entry.Participants may submit multiple entries provided each review is unique and posted on a separate eligible platform.Duplicate, incomplete, offensive, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
4. Competition Period and DrawsThe competition runs continuously on a monthly basis.A new draw is held on the 10th day of each month.Entries received before 11:59 p.m. (NZDT) on the last day of each month are included in the following month’s draw.Entries do not roll over to future months.
5. Prize DetailsEach month one winner will receive $1,000 NZD worth of free shipping credit to use through Zappy.The credit will be applied directly to the winner’s active Zappy account.The credit must be used within 12 months from the issue date.The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.All values are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
6. Winner Notification and AcceptanceThe winner will be selected at random and contacted by email.The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of being contacted.If unclaimed after 30 days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be drawn.
7. Prize Delivery and UseThe prize will be credited to the winner’s verified Zappy account.Zappy may verify the winner’s identity before awarding the credit.The prize cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or credits.
8. PublicityBy entering, participants consent to Zappy using their first name, business name, and review content for promotional purposes (including on social media, newsletters, and the Zappy website) without further compensation.
9. PrivacyAll personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Zappy’s Privacy Policy and used only for administering the competition and contacting winners.
10. DisqualificationZappy reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:Breaches these Terms & Conditions,Contains false, misleading, or offensive information, orManipulates or interferes with the competition process.
11. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Zappy is not responsible for:Technical issues, network failures, or delays affecting entries; orAny loss, damage, or injury related to participation or the prize.
Nothing limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or applicable Australian Consumer Law.
12. Amendments and CancellationZappy may amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control require it.
Any updates will be published on the Zappy website.
13. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
